Vibration-Based Bodywork • Nervous System Reconnection • Somatic Integration
Where vibration meets the body,
and the body finds its way home.
The Sonic Somatic Method is a practitioner-guided approach that uses precision tuning forks integrated with hands-on fascial bodywork to shift the nervous system out of chronic stress and into deep reconnection. Rooted in proprioceptive science, fascial anatomy, and Polyvagal Theory, this method helps people inhabit their bodies again. Sometimes for the first time in their adult lives.
Tuning Fork Therapy
Precision weighted and unweighted tuning forks applied directly to bone, fascia, and joint structures. The vibration stimulates mechanoreceptors throughout the fascial system, helping the brain re-map and reconnect with areas of the body that have become neurologically silent.
Hands-On Fascial Bodywork
Intentional manual contact integrated with vibrational input. The practitioner's hands provide warmth, grounding, and presence while the forks deliver precise frequency to the body's deepest structures. Sound reaches where hands can't. Hands anchor what the sound reveals.
Somatic Integration
Guided awareness prompts and movement cues woven throughout each session help the client actively participate in their own reconnection. The client isn't a passive recipient. They are mapping their own body, following the vibration, and building a new relationship with their nervous system.

I came in pretty amped up. Being able to get grounded and heavy, and to have that big yawn and sigh, the physical release and the feeling underneath it, was really something.

So much of this is remembering the power of touch. When you add vibration to it, you are tapping into another part of the sensory system. It is just so powerful.
